The rules

• People approve what goes out

  Every message to a buyer or a customer is approved by a person on your team. The one exception is the “enquiry received” email, in words you approved.

• Facts only from your approved knowledge

  Your employees never invent products, prices, certificates, clients or delivery times. Knowledge you mark internal never goes into a message.

• Roles for your team

  Owner, admin, manager, member, creative and billing. Each person sees and does only what their role allows.

• No sensitive details asked

  Your employees never ask a buyer or a customer for OTPs, passwords, Aadhaar, PAN or bank details.

• Opt-outs are kept

  Anyone who asks to stop is not written to again, across all campaigns, and the opt-out is recorded.

• Research from public pages only

  Company research keeps only facts from public web pages, each with its link, and never personal emails, phone numbers or home details.

• Instructions inside enquiries are ignored

  If an enquiry contains instructions to the assistant, Asha ignores them.

• Data stored in India

  Your Sellyx data is stored in India, in Mumbai.
